Position: Operations Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: Based on experience
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of both Rhythm Roofing and Cadence Construction.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices, systems, and processes.
- Engage with our marketing company to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Occasionally meet with clients to discuss service expectations, quotes, or financing options.
- Financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and liaising with financial institutions.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for both companies.
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity and profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Proficient in systems such as JobNimbus, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills; must be professional and articulate in client and team interactions.
- Basic understanding of finance, capable of discussing financing options with clients and financial institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

- Review Scope of work, Summaries, and Contracts with Homeowners
- Identify and resolve homeowners’ concerns
- Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage
- Take pictures of all possible roof damages
- Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings
- Build relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Educate and train customers on industry products, trends, and Rhythm’s capabilities
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Homeowners, and Office Staff
